Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Launchvise AI ("Launchvise", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Launchvise is an AI-assisted sales outreach platform that helps you discover prospects, generate personalized emails, send them through your connected email account, and track engagement.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to use any email account or data you connect to Launchvise.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Launchvise to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, or any other applicable law.
• Send messages that are deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or that promote illegal activity.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material.
• Scrape or harvest data in violation of a third party's terms of service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.
• Bypass rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.

Every email sent through Launchvise must include a working unsubscribe mechanism and accurate sender information. You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP account, you authorize Launchvise to send messages and read minimum metadata required to operate the service on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the data you upload (clients, leads, templates, campaigns). You grant Launchvise a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to operate the service for you.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Fees, limits, and features may change with notice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Launchvise or other users, or fail to pay fees. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee deliverability, reply rates, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchvise's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to Launchvise in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Launchvise harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including anti-spam laws).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the product or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Launchvise is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
