Privacy Policy

Launchvise AI ("Launchvise", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered sales outreach platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Launchvise you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and an authentication identifier from your sign-in provider (e.g. Google).

Customer content

We store the data you provide to operate the service: client profiles, target company URLs, ICP descriptions, prospect lists (leads), email templates, campaign configuration, send history, and engagement events (opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes).

Connected email accounts

When you connect a sending account (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP), we store the credentials or OAuth tokens needed to send email on your behalf. SMTP passwords and OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

Usage and device data

We collect standard log data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) and product analytics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. Google user data

If you connect a Google account (Gmail), Launchvise requests the minimum scopes required to send email on your behalf, including gmail.send. We access Google user data solely to:

• Send outbound emails from campaigns you configure.
• Retrieve basic profile information (email address, name) to display the connected account.
• Refresh access tokens so sending continues to work.

Launchvise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) to comply with applicable law, (c) for security investigations, or (d) where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.

3. How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and secure the service.
• Send emails and follow-ups you have explicitly configured.
• Track engagement (opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes) on your campaigns.
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

4. Sharing

We share information with sub-processors that help us run the service (cloud hosting, database, email sending infrastructure, analytics). We do not sell your data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Launchvise, our users, or others.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete clients, leads, campaigns, and sending accounts at any time. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, role-based access controls, and row-level security in our database. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and protect your sign-in credentials.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to revoke consent. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing us. You can also revoke Launchvise's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Children

Launchvise is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via the product or email.
